Your shopping list:
* 6 x tomatoes
* 1 x lettuce or salad greens
* 1 x cucumber
* celery pack
* carrots pack
* 1 x capsicum
* mushrooms pack
* 4 x lemons
* 1 x brocolli
* 2 x courgettes
* 1 x silverbeet or spinach
* 1 x onion
* 200gm cashews or almonds or mix of both
* 10 litres of water if you buy your own
* 1 dozen eggs
* 3 x sirloin steak
* 3 x skinless, boneless, chicken breast
* 250-500gm of diced lamb
* 250-500gm of prime mince
* 250-500g pork scnitzel
* 1 x fish if your choice
* 100gm deli ham
* frozen mixed vegetables (stir fry mix)
* 250gm light cottage cheese
* small pot of hummus
* 500gm acidophilous yoghurt
* 250gm Edam cheese
* 2 litres ‘Light’ milk (low fat)
* 250gm uncooked pasta
* 250gm jasmine/basmati rice or couscous
* 4 x 125gm tinned tuna
* packet of plain Sakata rice crackers
* Packet of Rolled Oats
* protein powder (as recommended for body-type)
